Hearty chili with Pulled Vegan BBQ

Anamma pulled vegan bbq in a hearty chili.

Ingredient list

  • 300 g Anamma Pulled Vegan BBQ
  • 1 yellow onion
  • 1 carrot
  • 200 g kidney beans
  • 1 dl corn
  • 1 tsp chipotle paste
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika powder
  • 800 g crushed tomatoes
  • 1 handful parsley
  • 1 vegetable bouillon dice
  • 1 dl water
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Recipe instructions

Fry the onion and carrot in oil over medium heat for a few minutes with the chipotle paste and paprika.

Add all other ingredients except Anamma Pulled Vegan BBQ and simmer for about 15-20 minutes or until the carrots are soft.

In a separate pan, fry Anamma Pulled Vegan BBQ for about 12-14 min on medium in a little oil. Then carefully mix into the other pan with the other ingredients.

Serve in a deep bowl and garnish with a little chopped parsley.

Serving suggestion

Great to serve with roasted tortilla bread. Brush bread with a little olive oil and salt, then roast in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 5 minutes.
